Approached by a recruiter after submitting my resume online, I had a phone call with a manager. This was followed by two back-to-back video interviews. They consisted of questions about my past work and a couple of programming assignments at the end.

They asked a bunch of typical interview questions and had me do a technical interview. Your basic interview questions, mostly. They were really nice, helpful, and encouraging. There were a few rounds.

This was a pretty unique interview. I had to do a lot of algorithms and whiteboarding. Afterwards, I spoke with a few employees, explaining my background and going through some database setups.
