First, a 1-hour technical screening over the telephone, followed by an on-site technical interview with 6-7 people. This includes a meeting with HR. They will make you think through the problem if you can't come up with a solution right away.

I completed an interview at Apple in 2019. There were 2 rounds with technical questions and 1 round with HR. The conversation was very pleasant and they asked about my experience.
