After a phone interview, I had two sequential technical interviews. It was not so difficult. The first interviewer was nice; the second wasn’t. I asked for feedback after I received the decline, but they didn’t provide it.

The interviewer introduced himself briefly, wrote a question and empty code blocks on a piece of paper, passed it across the table, and proceeded to spend the rest of the session browsing his phone, occasionally looking up when asked for assistance.

Had a 45-minute call with the hiring manager. Dove straight into technical questions regarding their tech stack and asked a pretty easy LeetCode question. Overall, not too bad, but the questions seemed like they didn't gauge candidate skillsets wel
