The interview went well. It took three stages, where at each stage I had to ask different questions. The first stage was rather positive; we talked about myself and my regular day.

It's frustrating because I was able to adhere to the standards of a chief engineer, but they did not understand my managerial style, which I had hoped to incorporate within the team.

It was cool. They'll ask questions you might expect. If you don't know what to say, just try to be creative. Yeah, I believe I have written thirty words now.
