I was first contacted by email to set up a phone screen. The phone screen consisted of questions about past experience (e.g., the hardest problem you ever had to solve) and no technical problem-solving. This was then followed by an on-site interview

Very friendly interview, with questions about background and recent projects. There were no technical questions at all; he made the process very smooth. My experience was not suitable for what they were looking for, so I didn't go through to the sec

40 minutes tops. Very little in-depth discussion of the actual job to be done. The interviewers were there as a group to interview a number of candidates to take on as a small group.
