- Not so much flexibility in terms of location.
- Many business compliances, and almost every side project is a business conflict.
- Hierarchical; growth within the company takes a long time.
It's a great company for people with established careers. Salary and compensation are best in the industry. However, for younger people, it's often not possible to see career growth, especially in satellite offices.
