Work-life balance and lucrative pay.
Stress, peer pressure, and lack of day off.
The interview process consists of 3 rounds of interviews: * First round: a 45-minute technical phone interview * Second round: a 4-hour coding session * Final round: a panel interview
One phone interview led to an invitation for a first-round on-site interview. I met six people consecutively for about five hours. However, I did not meet the hiring manager and was not informed of his name beforehand. I suspect I did not impress
3 interviews back to back, each is 1 hour, each with 2 people interviewing was tough and stressful. Didn't get the offer. From what I understand, there are also another 2 interviews after.
