Plenty of opportunity to work on different products and get some job variation.
Benefits are good, but not as good as they could be. The product secrecy gets to some people. Insufficient stock compensation for lower-grade employees.
Be less paranoid about secrecy. That is, trust your employees with more information rather than less. Give more stock to lower-grade employees and engineers in general.
