With a growing presence in Asia, don’t just appreciate and accept time zone difference challenges—act on it. Brainstorm and become innovative to find a balanced solution without compromising the quality of work versus the quality of personal life outside of work. Make offline collaboration a norm when working across regions. Be open to split meetings and have multiple of them to suit different time zones. It does lead to project management overhead, but that’s possibly a better trade-off.
