The team is good, and the manager is pretty friendly. The workload isn't always big. The hybrid working situation is pretty nice. The product itself is pretty impactful.
But the onboarding experience is pretty terrible. Without too much one-on-one training, they really need to focus on onboarding.
Also, the office is pretty bad: no free food, free snacks, or free lunch. Bruh.
Also, there is not even a nap room. Not everyone works like a robot, man.
