Extremely high amount of micromanagement and blame game politics.
Absolutely intolerable work-life balance, and the team is always under high pressure with unreasonable deadlines.
Worst part is being forced to do mundane and repetitive manual testing work without any scope of growth after being falsely promised a lot of test automation development work.
When people quit the team, it's for a reason.
When four people have quit the team in the last year, it's time to realize something is wrong with the manager and take corrective action.
The fact that no action has been taken after two HR inquiries shows that some teams at Apple are worse than the situation at Uber.
