Maybe salary, but it's not worth it. Good reputation.
There is no work-life balance. Micromanagement by managers. Some young and disrespectful employees. Not a healthy environment to grow.
Stop bringing in managers from outside who don't know anything and are trying to micromanage. They simply don't know the culture and lack the knowledge.
