It's an okay experience
They pay you well.
Many of the people are very nice.
The facilities are very nice.
Depending on what department you work for, you may get overworked and under supported.
I've seen many poor engineers pull all-nighters for deadlines that then were invalidated by upper management.
The atmosphere there breeds a hypersensitivity/insecurity about your work for young engineers, which unfortunately permeates many different departments.

Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
