Everyone who works there is very smart, and you can learn a lot from them. You will understand how bad you are at coding when you see them work. Interesting projects, great people.
Sometimes your manager is too busy to meet with you, and you just sit there for days doing nothing as you wait for feedback and further directions.
Technical interviews, 3 rounds with HR, hiring manager, and the team. Difficult but doable if prepared for in advance. It was easy to schedule, and I heard back from them within a week of the last one.
