- Get to work on cool, one-of-a-kind products (first iPad).
- Learn how to be customer-focused, no matter what part of the company you are in.
- Challenging but rewarding work culture. They throw real hard problems at you, and you have to figure them out. When you do figure them out and see the product/feature being used by millions of people, it's extremely rewarding.
- Some very smart people, engineering-heavy. As an individual contributor, you can come up with ideas and implement them.
- It can be demanding and it's not for people expecting a 9-5 job.
- You can get worn out.
- Also, the culture has changed slightly; it's become relaxed.
- Not all people around you are smart; there are some free riders.
- Sometimes you do need them to do mundane things.

Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
