Good RSU’s and refreshers stocks. Little pressure workwise.
Show off culture. Lot of micromanagement. Management has a small company mentality. No challenging work and very little learning. Most of the time is spent on calls. Managers will force you for demos on stuff with fake implementation. Too much dirty politics which is passed on to everyone through managers.
Please make people work on real challenges and problem-solving rather than forcing them to create keynotes and show demos of the work with nothing actually implemented.
Also, some employee-friendly policies like team outings and team-building activities will be appreciated.
