Pros: I've worked here for several years. It's a good place to work... the company is focused on building great products, and solving real problems for customers in the automotive space. Often times this means working dynamically with our customers. I think a lot of negative reviews miss the point of this... and how it grows the business. - Culture allows employees to take a lot of ownership of their work. It's easy to advance your career here, but you need to advocate for yourself of course. - Generally a meritocratic culture... people work hard, and if the output and results are there, the company rewards them. - Very customer centric culture... the company is grounded in customer outcomes. - Founders are balanced.

Cons: - Cash compensation could be improved, especially as the company has grown. They are working on this.

Pros: Strong ownership and impact; tight-knit culture; high talent density; great place to work provided you are prioritizing work and your career

Cons: This is not the company to work at if you want to chill or have hard boundaries around work life balance. Work can be intense and the stakes are high.

Pros: People here are really smart, passionate, diligent. Good to work and learn from them

Cons: Stressful, constant sense of urgency, directions can change very quickly and scope is not protected at all. For example, I have to do frontend work even though I do not have frontend experience at all and also not hired for it.
