It was long and had 4 interviews. I got through the first 3; the last one was a weird one. It was with the hiring manager and some other high roller who had worked there for 5 years, which should be long for this company. He had no relevant experience and was rude. All they asked was why I left my previous companies. I am not sure what they gain from that, but it is indicative of the market these days. They no longer try to sell the company. I had looked at the salaries, and they are low. It was probably a good thing I did not get the offer.
Why did you leave your previous companies?
