A recruiter reached out within a week of applying to set up a 30-minute phone screening. A day or two afterwards, they emailed to schedule a technical interview and asked for availability within the next two weeks. They were also very accommodating when I needed to reschedule the interview and provided the LinkedIn profile of the person I would be interviewing with. Two days after the technical interview, the original recruiter called me to deliver a rejection (which was expected based on how the technical interview went). They also asked for feedback on the recruiting process, and I told them I appreciated how they prioritized promptness and moved things along very quickly.
