Did two rounds of interviews (not including phone screen with recruiter).
First interview - Leetcode medium problem (Study your Leetcode)!
Second interview - discussion about previous robotics/coding experience. Very high-level. Medium Leetcode-style coding question during the second half.
I guess that I didn't do so great in the coding question of the second interview, which was why I was not invited to an on-site, from my understanding.
Nevertheless, I thought that the interviewers were very professional and considerate of the time I invested in preparing for and interviewing with them. I also really appreciated how the recruiter called me after the second interview to share more detailed information about my performance in the second interview and why they would not be proceeding. That's a level of common courtesy and respect to the job candidate that is sorely missing in Silicon Valley these days (looking at you, Google, Apple, Waymo, etc.).
I will definitely be planning on applying here again in the future. Seems like they do interesting/exciting work and have a good culture.
Both interviews asked Leetcode-style, medium-difficulty questions.
