Learned an immense amount here, from core engineering to working with customers to seeing how a profitable, high-growth business is run. The people are amazing – made a lot of great friends along the way. The company has done exceptionally well.
It is hard work and, at times, it can be tough. There are highs and lows.
As the company scales, people will be joining for different reasons than the previous 50%. Figure out how to scale the culture and adapt as needed.

1 online tech round. Virtual onsite: 3 tech rounds + 1 hiring manager round. The coding questions are difficult. If you passed, it moved super fast, and you could ask for feedback when being rejected.
