Phenomenal recruiting process.
Work-life balance is pretty much nonexistent. Life as an engineer seems to be getting worse with every release. Stricter deadlines mean management expects you to get work done “regardless of how long you need to work.”
Average or maybe below-average pay, although management and recruiting claim they pay top dollar.
Engineers are people too.
Some empathy would be appreciated.
And no, cupcake parties won’t make up for a mildly toxic and worsening culture.

1 online tech round. Virtual onsite: 3 tech rounds + 1 hiring manager round. The coding questions are difficult. If you passed, it moved super fast, and you could ask for feedback when being rejected.
