Pros

High growth opportunities.

You learn a lot, do a lot, and get leadership positions if you’re good. You get to see how a profitable company is made, so it's valuable if you want to be a founder in the future.

The company is expanding into multiple sectors of business, diversified, and meaningfully incorporating AI.

Compensation is high. I have no idea what other posts are saying about low compensation; it beats the highest comp I’ve seen for my YoE after the Series E raise.

Cons

Work-life balance is poor, probably 50-60 hours a week.
