Pros: The work is challenging and fun, and there's plenty of scope to learn new technologies and tools. Employees also get the benefit of completing certifications, pursuing higher education, and taking up research work.
Cons: Management can be very hard to deal with at times. Work-life balance is nonexistent, and sometimes you've to work during the weekends to meet client deadlines. There is little to no concern for employees' well-being.
