Attended two interviews.
The first interview was with HR, and the second was with the department manager.
Had two missed calls from them after the second interview while travelling. When I finally got to speak with them after a number of attempts to contact them, I was only asked if I was still available. That was the last time I heard from them.
Questions were quite typical, such as describing your strengths and weaknesses, and why you want the role.
They also talked about a new comprehensive 12-15 month program for fresh graduates involving job rotation.
Why are you interested in this role?
