Was contacted a few days after applying for the position through Adecco staffing and had to take an assessment. Passed the assessment and did a phone interview, all to find out I was unqualified for the position only because I lacked the experience for it.
Would have preferred to be contacted prior and let know that the interview was not needed due to this.
