Very unorganized and unprofessional interview. HR personnel invited people for an interview without knowing the needs of a specific department. There was no planned agenda in the interviewing process. So, what they wanted me to do was, "Do a presentation of one of your projects" on the chalkboard. Then, they started calling some department managers to join in. People came in and left the room randomly. Some cellphones rang. Some people just talked on the phone. Unbelievable: some questioned me on wrong concepts (very basic concepts that all engineers learn in junior college). I am not joking, indeed. Should I work with those people for a living?
