Mechanical Engineer Interview Experience - Sunnyvale, California
Process
Got an email from the hiring manager two weeks after submitting my resume. I had a phone interview on the same day with the hiring manager and two other people. At the end of the interview, I was invited to an onsite interview.
The next week, I had the onsite interview with seven people, including a VP, directors, managers, and an engineer. Each interview was 30 minutes long. Everyone was nice and professional.
I got an offer two weeks after the interview.
