Challenging Work, Poor Balance

Pros: Good product, very challenging, fast-paced. You can learn a lot as an NCG. Talented people to work with, good pay as a hardware engineer.
Cons: High pressure, no work-life balance, small cubicles, old working environment, not a fancy place to work at. Too many managers and VPs.
