Pros: High pay scale, flexible timing.

Cons: No growth opportunities, worst HR, and arrogant Indian managers.

Pros: A less demanding workload if we are intelligent enough to handle tasks, decent pay, stock options with an attractive offer, and friendly colleagues across India.

Cons: Less growth if staying in the comfort zone. Not more than one outing per year, and that too does not happen sometimes in the name of cost-cutting.
