Without talking with HR for those regular HR questions, the phone interview jumped directly to talking with a team member on technical problems over the phone/email.
The technical question asked me to do a "take home" modeling project, which would cost two days of labor time and demand comprehensive documentation sent back. This is not to mention that it asked to provide a lot of description of the model about how to handle a lot of detailed case studies.
