Was contacted by HR.
A 15-minute interview was scheduled for the following day. The requirement was for a legacy project.
The interviewer right away asked me to turn my camera on without having the courtesy of doing the same himself.
He asked me to rate myself on C#, desktop apps, SQL, and DSA.
With a tone of arrogance, he asked me to share my screen and gave a small coding snippet. Since I was able to answer them all, he asked me some unheard-of OOPS concepts.
At the end, when asked, he told me he is a senior manager with 15+ years of experience and had earlier worked at Microsoft. His behavior and attitude had me assume a fresher was conducting my interview.
Overall, a very negative and distasteful experience.
Basic C# and OOPS concepts.
