Decent pay. Good work-life balance.
Can't think of any con.
One round of discussion, about my previous background and explaining their projects. There were 3 people in the interview. Most of them are PhDs, so the questions focused on theoretical understanding instead of application. Many of them had a physics
3 interviews. 1st was a group interview + HR. 2nd was with the manager - logical and computational questions (with whiteboard). 3rd was with the department head - logical and computational questions (with whiteboard).
I had two video calls. I met several team members and the manager. We discussed my background, the position, and the company. These were all usual interview questions, nothing challenging.
