Compensation is as per industry norms, and that is the only positive with many negatives.
Local management is the worst you can find in industry.
Change country leadership and certain managers immediately. The last two years have seen things go from bad to worse.
Everything stated in all-hands and employee meetings is false and decorated without enough facts.
I have been sexually harassed multiple times at work, and people get away with it because they are very good at managing up.
I raised two complaints, but nothing happened.
