Seems like more and more jobs are moving to India, Singapore, and China.
Applied is selling itself and the American economy to the governments of the world to make the solar market profitable.
Lots of hypocrisy surrounding the solar and "green" initiatives.
Management cannot seem to make difficult decisions to make the company profitable again.
Reorganize. Get lean and mean and focus on achieving manageable goals.
FOCUS Waiting for all the top performers to leave to reduce cost is not a cost reduction strategy.

There were 2 interview times. Basic knowledge about the process and data-based problem-solving skills were tested in the first interview. In the second interview, interviewers were interested in my thoughts about AI.
