Good mentorship and decent pay.
Good culture. Some teams are small, so communication is easy.
Career progress seems slow, but overall it is okay. I have overtime sometimes.

There were 2 interview times. Basic knowledge about the process and data-based problem-solving skills were tested in the first interview. In the second interview, interviewers were interested in my thoughts about AI.

Aptitude test that consists of technical questions with general aptitude. Then, in round 2, a technical interview. Third is going to be an online interview round. After that, final selection of the intern.
