- Convenient work time.
- Process oriented.
- Well-trained managers with decency.
- Only one thumb rule: no escalation of work.
If implemented in all teams, it would have made [this] the best company to work in India.
Some managers are people-oriented. Managers being people-oriented shall be rectified.
