I was contacted by an engineer, no HR interview. He sent me an email to set up a phone interview. He was very chill, which made the interview less scary. Whether I get an offer or not, the interview experience is good.

Applied online, the interview was on-site. It took about 3 hours, and I was interviewed by the manager and two other employees. On-the-spot technical questions and CAD problems. Intense review of my resume.

Interview twice. Phone interview and then panel interview on site. Then offer, through the phone and then a few days later a package in paper form. I did not bargain since I was getting a pretty good offer.
