Multiple interviews. Topics ranging from background to technical experience to future plans. It seems like this company wants to bring back some of the technical talent that has left in the past couple of years.
Software Engineer (Internship)
The process is systematic. First, there was a phone screening where you were asked to write code on CoderPad, followed by four rounds of onsite interviews. All were on data structures and algorithms, with basics of C.
Hardware Engineer
Started with a 40-minute presentation and 20-minute Q&A. Met with 5 managers from different departments and 4 senior engineers. I was asked professional questions and also encouraged to ask questions. Overall, the experience was very good.
