In the Engineering Technician role, I found being a woman was a very big disadvantage. Women are invisible and pushed aside. If you put in a complaint of sexual discrimination by other coworkers or supervisors, you have placed an expiration date on your job position with the company. If I wasn’t sexually discriminated against, I was sexually harassed.
Diversity is proudly advertised within the company, but not practiced. Isn’t it time to change that?

The first and final interview happened through phone. I was asked a few questions to see if I was fit for the position. There were no technical questions. The manager was very polite.
