Benefits and salary are above average.
In the Engineering Technician role, I found being a woman was a very big disadvantage. Women are invisible and pushed aside. If you put in a complaint of sexual discrimination by other coworkers or supervisors, you have placed an expiration date on your job position with the company. If I wasn’t sexually discriminated against, I was sexually harassed.
Diversity is proudly advertised within the company, but not practiced. Isn’t it time to change that?

Got a call from an Adecco Recruiter to talk about the position. I then talked to an onsite recruiter over the phone. Two days later, I was offered a position.
