Pros

Get paid for doing nothing, and nobody will ever be questioned about it. People can cry to HR for nothing and get people in trouble and fired with lies. Take long lunches and breaks. Don't have to actually call in late or off. Just send a text.

Cons

Working for Mark Hamlin, a lead having to do everyone else's work. Unable to make someone do their job without HR getting involved. People who have fake degrees.

Advice to Management

Need to talk with techs and not be so political about gender stuff. Leave it at the door. Need to verify degrees from the school, especially from foreign people. Get some people skills.
