Due to worldwide inflation and house prices all going up quickly, management should really think about increasing employee salaries. Especially as the semiconductor industry is on an upward trend for the next many years. Employees deserve more.

Started with a 40-minute presentation and 20-minute Q&A. Met with 5 managers from different departments and 4 senior engineers. I was asked professional questions and also encouraged to ask questions. Overall, the experience was very good.

The supervisor has a 1:1 with you. They focus on your past working experience and estimate if you match the job requirements. If you are qualified, then HR will have an interview with you and negotiate the salary.
