Due to worldwide inflation and house prices all going up quickly, management should really think about increasing employee salaries. Especially as the semiconductor industry is on an upward trend for the next many years. Employees deserve more.

Hardware Engineer
Started with a 40-minute presentation and 20-minute Q&A. Met with 5 managers from different departments and 4 senior engineers. I was asked professional questions and also encouraged to ask questions. Overall, the experience was very good.
Mechanical Engineer
HR, department manager, and coworker interviews are common. They ask normal questions and administer an English test. Sometimes, you may need to interview 2-3 times, spending a lot of time there. Finally, you will get the answer after one month.
