Nothing, pros all cons. Join if you want to get demotivated.
Crap work, no defined requirements. Weak and disinterested management.
Clashes in architect over design, post agreements.
Feels like working for a person rather than a company.
There's no point, as management doesn't care.
But if they did, there should be a defined process of development.
Architects are treated as gods, but there's no product architecture design in place, no documentation for information, crap code, and moreover, no knowledge transfer to new joiners, nor query resolution.
Apart from this, there is no motivation.
Recruiter contacted me regarding an opening in Applied. Explained the procedure: an online test on OS and Java. If we clear, we get a call from the recruiter for the next set of rounds. I have to go to the Applied office. Next is a programming round;
Had 3 rounds: 1. Assessment (technical+aptitude) Had questions on code snippets (C++), questions on OOPs, OS, and DSA, and aptitude. 2. Written DSA round Easy to medium level LeetCode questions, but no STL was allowed. 3. Technical round (OOPs+OS+
First round: technical. Second round: in-person. They asked me to write sorting algorithms and about the event loop and async functions. Questions included which console log would print first, and I was asked to draw some diagrams on the board.
