Pros

People and technology are first-rate.

Cons

Executive management is bent on either moving work offshore or replacing people in the USA with foreign workers (Chinese and Indian) after layoffs.

Advice to Management

Chinese are not respecting intellectual property, as evidenced by the number of patent infringements found online in the form of copied parts. Stop sending technology off-shore, keep it in the USA, and protect company assets. Keep the American employees that create and manufacture the technology that is the core of the business, and provide respect to employees at all levels.
