Able to show up any time before 9:30, leave at 5 consistently. Basically as much time off as you want.
I have had to take work home from time to time. The pay is higher at other companies within the semiconductor world.

The interview was very subjective. There's not really any wrong or right answer. Mostly, it was a panel interview style. Some people can do well with it. It took management and HR forever to get back to you.

Interview twice. Phone interview and then panel interview on site. Then offer, through the phone and then a few days later a package in paper form. I did not bargain since I was getting a pretty good offer.
