Pros

A good company name in its field. Things like work-life balance, salary, and benefits depend on the team, manager, and position.

Cons

Worst working environment for contractual, contingency workers in the Global Tooling team.

Do not join the Global Tooling team. Work-life balance doesn't exist. There is micromanagement and unrealistic expectations from managers. Unfit managers lead teams without any technical knowledge and do not even know proper English. If you defy managers' orders, you will be fired with short notice (1 day).

Contractors will be treated with discrimination. Contract employees are scapegoats. Only the number of projects is important, not the quality of work. Managers put everybody under immense pressure.

Advice to Management

Control your Pitbull managers.
