Dynamic and interesting industry. Generally good people to work with, especially at mid and lower levels. Decent job security.
With "Flexible Time Off," coworkers don't take time off, which disincentivizes others from doing so. They took away the hybrid work schedule with no real justification. Come to find out that upper management didn't trust us to work from home, so instead, they forced us into cubicles five days a week.
