Interesting work, but tough to balance work-life
- Lots of multi-disciplinary, interesting work.
- Good travel to the USA and Singapore (during the pre-COVID era).
- Too much time spent on making presentations.
- Project management-related activities are pressed upon individual contributors often. More efficient technical program managers are needed.
- Not all managers provide career guidance and mentoring. However, there are quite a decent number of good managers.
